This is pretty good. I believe that author has a point in his opening comment. As a society, America tries to deter people from commiting acts of pedophila, yet younger people are influenced to dress and act as grown ups.

I had to wait 15 minutes for this to load, and I was not disapointed.

My little reply to "tweaked";

1) Get a life
2) Ambesol works wonders for premature ejaculators.
3) It's anime/manga, they are cartoon characters. Distortion of the physical properties is normal.
4) if you really are 15 (punctuation and grammaticall structuring indicates you are a 5 year old), what in the hell are you doing on this site? Much less looking at this animation?

Now this, is a good animation. I don't care what people think, this thing rocks.

I think the song could have been a bit better quality though, but if it was it would have just made the file larger. And having a dial-up modem, it would have sucked for me.
